2019 – Present: Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors. I work part-time as a Registered Nurse for the Methodist Health System. I truly enjoy taking care of patients and making their day brighter. We all will have a time that we will need another’s help, I love that I can be that person for someone.
2004 – Present: Works with Tom to make sure all paperwork is sent to each carrier on behalf of our clients. This includes applications, request for funds or any other type of account changes that clients request.
1995 – 2010: During this time, I worked for Aegon, CBCA and Health Special Risk, Inc. as a business analyst and Supervisor of Plan Builders. I played a key role in system setup of plans, claims workflow, testing of all uploads to the claims system and worked with adjudication of special claims. I was fortunate to work in all areas of claims administration, which has been invaluable with my ability to assist Tom with day-to-day paperwork and application submission.
